More funeral arrangements

It is with much sadness that I report that Steward Douglas (Doug) Goulding BEM, Crossed the Bar on 7th Jan 2018 aged 90.
His funeral will be held on 26th January at 09:30 at Wessex Vale Crematorium, Southampton (HERE for their website and HERE for a map). The arrangements are being made by Paul Capper, Funeral Directors Eastliegh (HERE for their website and HERE for a map)
Doug received his BEM for his service Operation Granby (First Gulf War) and various papers regarding his award can be downloaded here

Family flowers only but donations can be made, if desired and in Doug’s name to the Solent Sailors Society (HERE for their Website) or via the Funeral Directors.
Old friends and shipmates will be most welcome to attend the service and will be invited to join the family for refreshments afterwards.
