It is with so much sadness I belatedly report that Second Officer(S) Howard Brooks RFA(Retd) Crossed the Bar aged 74 on Wednesday 1st October 2016. (My thank’s to Richard Williams for the information).Howard was not a member of the RFA Association but I have spoken to his widow Vikki at her home in France and their daughter Claire who have verified this information.
On behalf of the RFA Association I offer sincere condolences to Vikki and Claire.
