PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE RFAA CONSTITUTION

There are a number of important changes proposed by the Trustees to the RFA Association’s Constitution. Below are 2 downloadable documents in PDF format, one showing the entire proposed new constitution and the other outlining the actual changes in summary.

It must be emphasised that the above documents are not extant and will not become extant if and until they are approved by a vote of the membership either attending the AGM and or opting to vote by post, a two thirds majority of those voting is required in accordance with the present Constitution (As ammended at AGM 2014) Article 12  and available on the RFAA website.

The Trustees encourage all members to carefully study and support the changes described in these documents before deciding how to vote but believe the changes are necessary to ensure the long term future of our  Association.
