It is with so much sadness that I announce that Dennis Marcel Rouault Crossed the Bar aged 78 years. Dennis was not a member of the RFA Association so sadly we know little about him other than what is in the newspaper cutting.
On behalf of the RFA Association I extend our sincere condolences to all his family.
