Received from Bob Nichols: I have been given the following information from Peter Richardson’s, wife Pat that her husband Peter died on 16th Sept 2024 at Lewisham Hospital. He joined the RFA around 1967 as a Radio Officer and retired in 1997. I sailed with him a couple of times when he was the Radio Maintainer and he also relieved me on an O boat at Portsmouth Dockyard in the 1990’s. He did serve for a couple of years as a Systems Engineer.
His widow asked if the above information could be posted onto Facebook where all the RFA people can see it. He was not a member of the RFA Association. I quite often read it on Facebook that an RFA person has died, if you can do this for me, I would be most grateful.
