I must sadly report that,
Michael R Pagan, Ex Chief Officer RFA passed away on the 10th June 2025.
He had been ill for a number of years and died of pneumonia whilst in hospital.
He has lived in Malta for over 30 years where he was a Lecturer at MCAST, Maritime Institute and one of the founding members of the Malta Branch of the Nautical Institute. He was their first Honorary Secretary.
I am advised by his partner of 45 years that his funeral has already taken place.
