It is with deep sadness that the family of Second Steward George Malcolm wish to signal the RFA community to announce George’s peaceful passing on Tuesday 11 March 2025. George was a proud RFA man with 30+ years of service, his ships too many to mention here although he often said, “without the RFA there would be no Royal Navy” and never a truer word has been spoken. Fair Winds and Following Seas George, you have crossed the gangway for the last time, and we salute you.
