Sitrep 2 Ammendments ti funeral arrangements and funeral directors website and map
It is with so much sadness that I report that Captain(E) Edward (Ed.) Cleary RFA (Retd) Crossed the Bar on Thursday 8th July 2021 aged 87. Although not a member of our Association Ed. was a member of our RFA family.
Ed. will be entered into St Peter and Paul Church Dundee (HERE for their Website and HERE for a map) on Wednesday 21 July at 18:00 and his funeral service will be held at 11:00 on 22 July at 11:00 followed by interment at the Dundee Eastern Cemetery (I cannot find a website other than HERE but HERE is a map) and will be subject to Covid restrictions regarding the number of attendees etc.
The arrangements are being made by Sturrock, Comb & Davidson from their South Road branch (HERE for their Website and HERE for a map)
Family flowers only but donations in lieu and if desired, should be made, In memory of Ed. via a collection at the Church or through the Funeral Directors, (see above) to The Alzheimers Society (HERE for their Website )
On behalf of the RFA Association I offer sincere condolences to his wife Agnes (Ness) of 65 years , son Edward, daughters Karen and Elaine and two grandchildren.
