SRO William Frederick (Fred) Gravil, Crossed the Bar

It is with so much sadness that I announce that Senior Radio Officer Fred Gravil RFA(Retd) went “silent key” on Tuesday 18 December 2012 at 13:20z, aged 99 following a battle with cancer. Fred lived in Thorne in the Doncaster area of North Yorkshire.
The Service will be on Thursday January 3rd at 12.30 p.m. In St Nicholas Church Stonegate, Thorne, Doncaster DN8 5NP, see HERE for their website and HERE for a map, followed by cremation at Doncaster Crematorium later(See HERE for their website and HERE for a map), but the family will proceed direct to Refreshments at The Punchbowl Hotel Fieldside House, Field Side, Thorne, Doncaster DN8 4BE, see HERE for their website and HERE for a map.
