The returning Officer will accept votes providing they are postmarked no later than 2 April 2014…That’s FRIDAY folks! The clock is ticking for fully paid up members to register their votes to be included in the counts at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting which will be held at the Ramside Hotel, Durham on Saturday the 17th May 2014 at 15:00.
If you are NOT attending the AGM you should really register your votes by post to arrive no later than Friday 2nd May 2014 with our Returning Officer, Ian Thompson. The details of where to send your completed ballot paper to are included on the ballot paper and it is essential that your membership number is clearly marked on the form to confirm your eligibility to vote.
The ballot papers and other AGM documentations was posted to every member of the Association with the latest edition of the Yearbook/Members Handbook however if you have not received it or have mislayed it please email me at deputy.chairman@rfaa.uk with your membership details and I will send you a replacement.
