The Commodore James Coull Memorial Award 2017
The Trustees of the RFA Association are delighted to announce that CPO(E) Martin Crawford RFA has been awarded the Commodore James Coull Memorial Award 2017 for Outstanding and Meritorious to the Royal Fleet Auxiliary during the setting to work of and designing Standard Operating Proceedures (SOPS) on board RFA Tidespring (2) the latest new build and most welcome addition to the RFA Fleet. These SOPS will be adopted on Tidespring’s three sisters RFAs Tiderace, Tidesurge and Tideforce.
The formal presentation of the award will be made by Captain Ray Bennett at COMRFA’s annual award ceremony on Monday September 4th at HMS Nelson Wardroom, Portsmouth. I will publish more details of this award and event as they become available.
