It gives me enormous pleasure to announce that Commodore(E) David Preston has been awarded ab OBE, Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in the 2013 Queen’s Birthday Honours List.

On behalf of the RFA Association I wish him hearty congratulations on his well deserved award.
